If the interview is to assess your needs and determine the scope of the work required, then there is no individual charge. If the interview is primarily for advice, then we will invoice you accordingly.
How do Core manage the work?
Your work will be assigned to a specific client manager who will manage your assignment. Feel free to contact them any time should you have any queries or questions. They are only too willing to help you.
What are our office hours?
Simply email us to request an appointment at mail@corebusiness.com.au. Alternatively call the office during business hours. You may book an appointment with your preferred accountant or if you are new to Core, we can recommend someone suited to your individual needs.
What do Core charge?
After an initial consultation to determine your work requirements, we will send you a letter of engagement. This will detail the scope of the work and related costs. For work to proceed, you will need to sign and return the letter of engagement. Alternatively, payment of the requested deposit amount will be deemed as acceptance of the engagement.
What is Core's invoicing policy?
Core invoice periodically and we offer several methods of payment.
Apart from the convenience of cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS, we also offer a monthly payment option called Principal Finance.
Our credit terms for account holders are 14 days. Should you have any difficulty meeting these terms, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is Principal Finance?
Principal Finance is the monthly payment option for accounting fees. It allows you to spread the cost over more manageable monthly installments. You can tailor a solution to suit your cash flow by choosing 3, 6, 10 or 12 monthly instalments.
We will provide you with an Application Form that clearly shows the options and costs. Simply select a term, nominate an account, sign and return the Application Form to us. The monthly installments are made via scheduled direct debits from your nominated account. This account can be either your bank account or credit card, again giving you a choice
