Throughout her career, Erika has willingly and proactively sought and taken up increasing responsibilities in providing tax and accounting solutions. She regularly assists clients by clarifying complex rules and regulations, a task for which she is well suited given her exacting attention to technical detail. She is known for helping her clients to achieve tax saving.
Importantly, Erika’s approach is personalised, taking full account of each client’s individual situation.
While recognising the importance of tax and accounting solutions, Erika’s goal is to exceed client expectations and work closely with them to achieve longer term goals for their business. Indeed, Erika’s impressive skillset also enables her to advise business owners on growth strategies, profit improvements, asset protection, wealth management, business valuation, and superannuation strategies.
Committed to adding additional value to her clients’ experiences, Erika focuses on their ‘big picture’ business vision and this includes managing outcomes that can influence or impact the business owner’s personal financial affairs. Armed with insight and understanding, she advises clients so they may better understand how they may benefit and achieve business goals by taking proactive, well considered steps.
These steps may include preparing business performance reports; analysing productivity; creating budgets; monitoring cashflow; reviewing company financials – profit and loss and balance sheets; or producing sale-of-business figures.
Dedicated to on-going professional development, Erika is highly motivated by what the future may hold for the accounting profession. She thrives on the challenges entailed in expanding her knowledge and building her skills in areas that include changes to taxation legislation, developments in IT and the growing demand for business advisory services of the very highest quality.
Personally…
Born and raised in Hungary, Erika excelled at university. It was when she visited England to perfect her English in her early 20s that she developed both the will and the confidence to ‘take the road less travelled’.
Since then, Erika has continued to experience different cultures, having visited over 20 countries in Europe, Asia and South America. For Erika, travel widens perspective, while hours on a plane provide the ideal opportunity to indulge her interest in brain teasers. For a professional who thrives on problem solving, it’s no surprise that these puzzles contribute to Erika’s ability to prioritise, make logical decisions and foresee consequences. These are capabilities that not only come naturally but bring her great satisfaction, both personally and professionally.
