In accordance with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) we must advise clients that the TPB maintain a public register of tax and BAS agents. You may access and search this register on the TPB website. We must advise you how you can make a complaint about a tax agent service (including a BAS service) you have received. A complaint can be made in writing to the TPB via their website and their complaint form / process – click here.
